Volunteer to Collect Signatures!
Citizens For Brightwood: Call for Volunteers
As you may be aware, we started a petition calling on the city to take a
multi-part stance towards the possible sale and development of Brightwood
Golf Club. We gathered nearly a hundred signatures.
Well, now that the Brightwood Golf & Country Club has vote to move, it's time
for us to get REALLY serious about getting names on our petition... and for
you to step up and take part.
Here's what we need:
* A handful of people with the time and talent to help organize the
signature gathering,
* Lots of people to conduct sweeps of residential areas to get those
signatures,
* And people to take to the malls and streets in one or a series of blitzes
to gather enough signatures to make City Hall (and Province House) sit up
and take notice.
